Tuna casserole

found this in Reps magazine and gave it a try. To my surprise, it was pretty damn good! I have a hard time eating anything with tuna, but this is the bees-knees fellas!

I tweaked it a little bit, and do not have measurements, but you get the idea here:

1. Cook up a cup of your favorite rice;

2. Add 2 or 3 cans of tuna (drained);

3. I like to add green onions, and a few spices;

4. Mix the rice and tuna in a big bowl adding natural, fat-free yogurt or fat free cottage cheese (both are very yummy). Get it to a point where the consistency is like tuna salad;

5. Put your mixture in a casserole dish (PM me if you do not know what a casserole dish is.... Apparently this is Canadian lingo).

6. Sprinkle the top with shredded low fat cheese.

7. Bake at 400'ish for 25 minutes'ish.

8. Enjoy!

might try this, printed!

had it today, wasn't bad..
