seems like on this AEL tren my BP is creeping up a little... i got some Lisinopril coming from Kai... any tips or advice on how to use it...

and once off cycle do i just taper off... i do give blood every 8 weeks as is... sometimes have gotten my wife to draw some every 4 weeks while juicing pretty hard

i had done some stimulants earlier today so i'm sure that skewed my BP some... but it was 140/90 at the blood donation place.... had been 115/72 first thing in the am recently and middle of the day after work a little higher 125-130/ 72-85

I just got put on lisinopril a month ago because of Tren also 10mg a day has me back down to 110/70 from 145/95

Start off with 10mg a day and run that throughout cycle. Keep track of BP and increase to 20 if needed, or add in a mild diuretic like HCTZ. At the age you and I are a BP med on cycle is mandatory! Must keep BP down to avoid putting too much pressure on that Left Ventricle, thus causing hypertrophy and enlargement of the ventricle and less efficient pumping, which will lead to congestive heart failure eventually. Our hearts just are not as elastic as they once were and don't do well pumping against those higher pressures.
Once you are off cycle you can wean off if your pressures return to normal. Once I turned 45 I just stopped weaning off the BP meds and currently take a low dose year round. Want to keep pressures below 120/80.

Important to know too if you have never taken lisinopril watch out for swelling of the tongue or lips. Can cause a severe reaction in some people. Also watch out for a dry persistent cough. This is a common side effect that people have with this brand of medication (ACE inhibitors). This cough will not go away and will require you to change to another class of BP meds.

Thanks for that detailed answer sleeper... great info...

9er.. no problems just dropping it at the end of a cycle... remember I'm 48...lol

Makes me super horny i take mine in the morning empty stomach and do 15min naked stretching

Just make sure if you are taking 10 mg you are checking your bp 12 hours later. Here is the standard dosing protocol. Many times at a low dose like this your bp will not be controlled throughout the 24 hours.

I would also stay away from potassium because it can raise when you take ace inhibitors.

Usual Adult Dose for Hypertension

Initial dose: 10 mg orally once a day; 5 mg orally once a day
Maintenance dose: 20 to 40 mg orally once a day
Maximum dose: 80 mg orally once a day

If you are taking a diuretic be careful to drop the dosage of ace inhibitor as it has a synergistic effect. Then start with 5

-If blood pressure is not controlled with lisinopril alone, a low dose of a diuretic may be added (e.g., hydrochlorothiazide, 12.5 mg). After the addition of a diuretic, it may be possible to reduce the dose of lisinopril.

All the levels you mentioned are lower than what my bp is on the norm. I have a script for loasartan, just like lisinopril but ony take it when running tren. Even with only 400 tren, my bp may jump to 170-100, with the bp med I stay around 140 over 80-90

dang lith.... those are some pretty high numbers.... off cycle you got good numbers though right?

yep... my first tren run... it went up some for sure... i got about 4 more weeks....just wanna keep it under control

This why its important to know your base. Some people's norms are 140/80 range others 120/60.

So some of these numbers have to be on your norm. Def don't want to go to low below your norm.

Very true. Not everyone understands that. Jshredz is a smart cookie
