even though the number is not super important...you're either ripped , lean , or not...

thanks all for replies... was just getting opinions... i get asked all the time... and i'm so hesitant to say...as it's hard to be honest with yourself sometimes... lol... some days i'm thinking i'm a fatass others i'm thinking i'm ripped as fuck...lol

so when it comes up again... i can feel decent saying that i can maintain at 10ish with out to much suffering...
