Sorry I was dealing with a pretty serious situation with my 8 year old this month. I am PUMPED to start to share, learn, and connect here. I am 53 years old 6-3 215lbs now 7 percent body fat. Been an High Level Athletic Trainer, Nutritionist, musclehead, gym owner 34 years. The most important thing I have learned during all these years around compounds etc is everybody is different and nobody is "right"....so to speak. Certain things usually work a certain way but not always and these boards are for everyone to learn and help each other not to outdo one another or be a know it all.
