Thanks. My uncle had RA. He suffered a lot despite several medications.
I wish I could undo everything. This surgery was a big mistake. Everyone keeps telling me that things will get better but right now it doesn't look like it. Physio is a real pain.

Surgery? Knee replacement?
And yes I do cycle / Homebrew . But I also have to take methotrexate shots weekly and I have bad days . But I can honestly say AAS helps !!!
