Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome. A little about Iron-Game. I have been on the boards for a long time. Moderator or Admin on a few. I have been training for 35 years. I am getting ready to turn 45 next month. I competed in powerlifting naturally for several years. I was a personal trainer at 15 back then there was no certification but I have been certified by many organization for over 20 years. My training style is Heavy Duty but I plan on mixing that up here shortly. I did my first cycle at 22. So over 23 years ago. I blast and cruise AAS. I cycle SARMs, Peptides, and other chemicals such as Lr3 IGF-1, Cardarine, MK-677, low dose daily Cialis and many more.

I am here to learn and teach. Only an idiot thinks he knows everything.
