Glad to be here fellas. Love what we do.
I an always in a rush even thru my workouts it seems. Lol!!!
I am 42, been doing this for 20 years mostly. Been consistent last 12 years.
Times are changing and I am being smarter if I can just learn to slow down and use my time more wisely...
Going on cut this coming Friday!!
