I dropped down to 1 a days now with no workout in prep for the tournament. everyone else id dtarting two a days an think im ass backwards
 
you know what's best 4 your body...
 
Yes, im losing weight, eating a lot, and a little less active. I feel great when im training now though, a lot more smooth and a lot better.
