I don't have much free time to spend hours cooking and weekly meals delivered to my door sounds too good to be true. I'm looking into Rich Pianas meal prep weekly service of 21 meals, 3 per day. Cost is $126 which is $6 per meal and shipping is $50 which then bumps the cost per meal to around $8.38 ($176 per week) Since its a 3 meals a day plan I can easily add in my own in-between snacks like protein shakes, oatmeal, granola, supplements etc.
I saw a bunch of reviews the majority say the meats are really flavorful and great quality, cost per meal isn't too bad. The only con I see is the high shipping cost. Anyone use or know of any other good meal prep services like Rich Pianas? Here's a vid and his website to checkout the meal options

Id like to know this as well.. Dont have time like you.. Anyway to bring shipping down if you order more?

I've used iconmeals before. Pretty good. Shipping is lower than most too. Buy 10+ meals and the shipping is almost worth it or go in with a friend and split shipping.

I've been looking at Rich pianas meals too because it's cheaper than buying lunch or dinner where I am.

I was just going to do the 21 meals/week with 2 a day (11:30am and 3:30pm) to go with my breakfast and dinner.

Just haven't done it yet because I need to plan the delivery.

*edit*
Looks like people are saying the protein content is inflated on the label. Don't have time right now to watch YouTube reviews but hopefully someone weighed out the food I can look at later.

I haven't tried it yet but I love the concept, $8-9 bucks a meal seems reasonable to me at least. I'm doing the Costco thing and I love their meats and prices are good.

You can get delivery every other week if you choose and freeze them and use them when there is no time for meal prep.....more time in the gym and less time in the kitchen.... I definitely spend more time in the kitchen

Amen on Costco! You can get a MASSIVE Rotisserie chicken for $4.99. Three dozen eggs for $2.29. Frozen broccoli for I don't remember, but it was cheap! Heck, you can even get a really lean, yet incredibly tender, beef for $5.99 a pound that tastes incredible on the grill.
I personally would rather grill and cook up all my meals on Sunday, and then throw them in containers for the entire week. It's far more cost effective.

I'd be lost without Costco. Great place for bulk deals, quality meats and seafood. Also the cheapest gas around.
