After reading the post about cheat meal, I'm interest in maybe cleaning up my diet, but not really sure what that means.
As some of you bros know, I train for strength, but I like to look good too.
And when I've tried to do the 'clean diet thing', like chicken and rice or green beans, then my strength suffers. So I'm not really sure how to 'clean it up' or even what that really means.
I don't eat junk food(except maybe an occational milkshake with the fam). And if I have any treats, they're always homemade, no artifical crap and no gluten.
We eat alot of ground beef, but it's from a small farm with no antibiotics or growth promoting drugs(and believe me, your body can tell a big difference between this and the store bought crap!!!)
So what kind of bodybuilding diet can I eat so that I look the best, feel the best, and my strength doesn't suffer?
