I'm sure that this question has been asked a million times,
but I'll ask it again.
What is the fastest, most effective way for a woman to lose weight and keep it off?

My wife is just over 50, and HATES to workout, but wants to lose weight.
I, on the other hand, LOVE to train and do train like a maniac.

So, what workout routine, diet plan, and "supplements", etc., would be most beneficial for her?

On the positive side, she is literally the strongest woman I ever seen, other than competing on TV!
And she does build muscle easily.
And another positive is that once she sets her mind on something, she gets it done!

The negatives are she hates to workout and she gains weight super easy from ANY carbs.

What suggestions do you brothers and sisters have?

Walking 30 to 45 mins a day in the evening seems to do the trick, my wife and I did it together after I had shoulder surgery and both of us slimmed up and were not even trying to loose weight, I was just trying to stay in decent shape while I couldn't hit the gym and walking with you better half makes it enjoyable.

We didn't really diet during the process, but kept our meals consistent and didn't over eat either.

Thanks brother!

@Thor Has it right there. If she doesn't like, or want to workout, the easiest and most simple way that I can think of is to walk everyday, get the heart rate up enough to burn calories. Maybe even try bike riding, swimming, hiking, any sports she might be into.

There was a diet coffee product (MLM based, but you could buy it in small quantities) that my wife was selling about 1.5 years ago. The main ingredient was a DMAA analogue of sorts and many companies with that product ended up getting FDA letters. This particular company came out with version 2 which was nerfed and doesn't work well of course. I've got some bottles remaining for personal use.

The main ingredient was 2-Amino--Methylheptane. Like anything else it has about 50 different names chemically. It also had Chromium Polynicotinate which of course suppresses appetite.

But there's something about the main ingredient that does something with nutrient partitioning. I don't pretend to know how. All I know is that a bunch of overweight, middle aged ladies were dropping weight and eating more white rice and fried food than most of us would eat on a dirty bulk.

I bought a few packs of the raw powder online. If you do that, be very careful about the dosing. It's a strong stimulant in the wrong dosage and will cause heart palpitations and land you in the hospital if you OD.

I was taking 100mg test/tren/mast at the time, had been for quite a while, and when I started taking the coffee I went from 229 to 199 in a hurry (which was too low) and then went back up to 208 when I stopped it.

If you take it when you wake up and wait a half hour, your appetite is moderate all day. Wait an hour to an hour and a half and your appetite is nonexistent. I'm not offering to sell it or anything, just saying this was the only real OTC diet product I've ever seen work.

Phentermine of course is effective, and can be sourced fairly easily but comes with all the normal risks to consider. I know women who have used that effectively as well.

2-Amino-5-Methylheptane.

Autocorrect is killing me.

Man.... There is no "Best AND Safest" way to get weight off and keep it off if you are talking about any kind of supplements. I'm going to tell you, and I mean this with Extreme Prejudice,.... The best and safest way to get weight off and keep it off is with Nutrition ........ PERIOD!!!! Any other means of losing weight will only result in a rebound once the supplements are stopped. This is because you haven't addressed the root problem of why the weight was gained to begin with. Is Exercise needed......?? Unequivocally, absolutely! Just from the very brief and limited info you gave us about her metabolism and body chemistry... she must exercise. Those Walks that Thor mentioned.... that's Spot On!

The key is going to be finding the different type of Exercise Modality that excites her. You mentioned she puts on Muscle really quick. So, try some exercise routine that builds and tones the muscles she might be interested in showcasing. Like Legs, or Glutes. Maybe she thinks Biceps are sexy... Whatever it might be, work them so that they are highlighted and she gets excited about seeing the progress. Maybe it's a Spin class, or Crossfit, Step Class, or Body Pump.... Swimming, or Spartan Races.... Hell, anything.... But, whatever you do............... EAT RIGHT -- and EXERCISE ............ That is it for her! All that other shit is just gonna jack her up, and leave her pissed at the end of it all.
