What is wrong with me?!? (ed)

Hey guys, Ive been having ED problems for a bit, but now its getting bad. The tip of my dick and my testicles are unusually cold. Idk what the hell the problem could be im getting worried. I go to a TRt dr... he has me on test cyp. My levels are perfect, estro was high , he gave me adex. I'm also on hCG 500iu 2x a wk. I'm getting very worried its nerve damage, I also have bad muscle spasms in the left side of my body , mainly forearm, tricep and chest. But the whole testicular coldness is something new, and its even causing my testicles and penis to shrivel up. Anyone know wtf this could be? My next appt is Tuesday. But I rather read up and have somewhat of an idea on what it could be so I can discuss this with him. I also think my prolactin is high from taking tren way to long in the past. Monday im getting Prolactin, DHEA, and all other bloods done, estro included. I cant catch a fucking break. Im starting to think I have bad neuropathy due to other health issues.

Unfortunately, this could very well be non-hormone related. Sounds pretty spooky bro, hope you get it figured out and find it's a simple fix and not too serious.

I recommend to get appt with a urologist
Could be something with prostate brother.

i wouldn't mess around and would try to get in to see a specialist asap. could be something serious. hope you get it fixed soon, brother.

Get your bloods done. Go from there. It could be something serious could be stress.
