HumaPro, I've been telling people about this for years. You guys should try it.

Isn't it just EAA? Marketing spin saying it's equivalent to 25g protein but that's just the amount of amino acid you would get in 25g of real protein.

As for the question I use dymatize isolate because I can't handle the lactose in concentrate. Buddies always use myprotein and smartpowders brand.

It is. But once I got off whey I became leaner, less bloated, and more muscular.
