I have a mix of everything, except country.
 
All I have is rap from my Spinrilla App and the “AGP” trance Podcast by Above & Beyond
 
Been listening to a lot of Witch House / Salem type stuff recently. My workouts right now are mostly high rep stuff - doing full body and taking Tren everyday to get shredded. Not sure how effective it would be for locking out a DL PR or something.
