Whats the most ignorant cycle advice you've received?

Kinda curious to see what the members here have experienced? Could be when you first started out, or just a casual gym conversation.

Mine was when i first started out exploring the option of taking steroids. Had no clue what i needed to research, just knew a friend of a friend who had the "hook up". He offered to sell me a 10ml vial of deca 300 for 110$. Told me id take 1/2 cc twice a week and i was good.

luckily my cousin directed me to a guy that actually had knowledge and wasnt trying to get over on me.

Prohormone only cycle, so long ago when it was legal.
I was pressured to try it and very uneducated.

I think what irks me the most is the proper PCT advice. The other one i overheard in the gym the other day actually was arimidex for PCT. I waited for the guy giving false information to leave and reached out to the guy and told him proper PCT protocol.
