in mg per week, oils and orals combined?

I have taken over 4000mg per week before.
 
I have to say 1400-1800 mgs for a week !!! 😉
 
few weeks ago i was on 1050 test , 450 NPP and 75 to 80 mg a day Anavar
 
I was taking 1200mgs a week for awhile my last cycle, but I learned more is not always better, more of a waste lol.

I hear that, im good at 500 to 750 but a gram i had serious estrogen issues, one giant emo and i took CM aromasin twice a day to try and control it
