Protein powders have 10-30 grams cholesterol plus saturated and trans fats

Cottage cheese has5 mg cholesterol in no fat

peanut butter has 17g of fat but only lists 3g of saturated etc

chicken has cholesterol

What the hell do I do here

Egg whites!
You can't fully get rid of cholesterol or fats

Tilapia has 100mg of Cholesterol........I'm finding out, you can't get rid of cholesterol. Don't let this happen again, geez!

I take Carnivor protein from musclemeds and from my understanding there is no cholesterol! its also beef isolate ;]

As long as your intake is low, and what you do eat is mostly healthy fats you will be good to go.
You can't get rid of it completely.

Try Humapro, I love that stuff.

Check out bulk supplements.com
I know they have pure whey with nothing added, not sure about cholesterol or fat.

No need to cut it all out bro. Just cut out red meat and egg yolks for a while. Add the yolks back in when your numbers level out. Start taking niacin and cholest off. I had numbers like you and they went down in a little over a month. Also beans are good and egg whites. Isopure low carb protein is good too.

Beans are great, but unsure how his wife will feel!
