Has anyone heard of powerlifters using winny?
 
seems like a dumb idea since a lot of guys complain about their joints on the shit
 
That's what I thought too.
 
a lot of sprinters used to..(Ben Johnson).. seems like it would be less than optimal for them but they used it
 
I remember that. Ben tested positive at '88 olimpics
 
so sprinting is a speed and power sport... maybe winny is good for that?.. never used winny myself so i can't say... just giving food for thought here
 
Winny good for sports u need to stay lean not gain much of any mass but gain some strength
