Cold weather setting in here in KY man I hate seeing this shit. Ima train hard bulk hard and try to stay focused. All this negative shit going on man it's times like this I need the gym.

Cold and rainy weather isn't for me and my old bones. I have no energy left around 5pm. This is why I do cardio first thing in the morning and hit the gym during my lunch break.
