workout at home or go to public gym? what does everyone do?????

I workout at home in my own gym. I know we had a thread that posted some pics awhile back, but what does everyone do now?

The condo I am in now has a private gym decently equipped with all the basics I meed...bonus is no one is ever down there!!!

My wife works at a gym so we get a free membership. I have trained at the house and at the gym. All I really need is a power rack a bench a bar and a stack of 100s and 45s and a few guys as crazy as I am.

For me it's gotta be the gym. I workout at our local YMCA. I have done the home gym thing and it just doesn't seem to work. I like being around other people and it gives me a little extra motivation. Plus I like the women in yoga pants and turning heads. Where else am I gonna show off my hard work?

I wish I had both options, but stuck with a public gym. While this fucker above has better stuff than my public gym has which I pay for!

How much did you invest in your set up fox?

I'd like to have a gym at home !!! Especially for days like today where my anger is out of control. I just wanna fuck shit up I'm so angry. And it came outta nowhere.
But def like the gym I go to, get in , forget about shit for alittle , and then I'm good !!!

How much did you invest in your set up fox?

I got a few grand into it, half the stuff is used and a few pieces were bought new. I prolly spent 1500 bucks to finish the garage, all new electric, lighting, heat, Sheetrock paint and flooring. I picked way at it nights and weekends and finally finished it in early November.

Btw, my favorite piece is the paramount chest machine. This piece retailed for about $3000 back in the 90s.

I had the same problem today, I just wanted to rip heads off of peoples shoulders at the gym today, bunch of dick bags there. One bad thing about military gyms, tons of douches.

I see the advantage of the home gym, some of you guys have great set ups. For me it just wouldn't work the kids or wife would always need something. Now I pack my shit and go! No interruptions other than a cross fit dick bag but at them I can move and ignore.
