Whats your workout style? High reps? Low Reps? Heavy weight? Light weight?

I've recently gotten into high reps and light weight.
 
My workout style is a hybrid; SM, PLing, Oly lifting. Volume, speed, endurance, and max effort work performed depending on the day.
 
More hybrid than anything but it all is as heavy as I can. Super or tri sets for everything except my heavy compound lifts.... most of the time lmao

Also the volume depends on the muscle group and the response I feel I get. IE quads need heavy weight but high rep (15-25) to grow for me, chest is more 7-10 range.
 
Always 12-15 reps with consistent good form. only then will i add weight in increments of 5 when i can complete all sets in that fashion. my body is thanking me
 
full body A/B

day 1 A power 3-5 rep range
day 2 B power 3-5 rep range
day 3 A hypertrophy 6-8 rep range
day 4 B hypertrophy 6-8 rep range
day 5 A mixed rep range
day 6 B mixed rep range
day 7 A volume 10-20 reps mostly, sometimes more on certain stuff
day 8 B volume, see above

Lift every other day and try to do some cardio on off days
 
high rep, little rest , lowish weight
