What's up bro. I ended doing a show at 4 weeks out. It was a small show but I won open light heavyweight and the overall title.

Thanks bro. I'll have to post a small log here on EG.. Now iv just have to keep my injuries at bay so I can keep adding mass for next year. I swear I came back from vacation feeling like I have rust on my joints!. Lol

Def rough on the body bro. I took a whole week off the gym after the show. I felt good up to a few weeks ago. Normally when this happens I'll switch up my training program for a bit.

i saw these on BOP... but damn!!!! they are awesome... dedication and hard work shows bro.

thanks for those tips you gave me bro... i've been using them.. think i've made some progress. i had let my macros slowly get too far outta wack and until i tracked them for a week did not realize it..lol too much fat cals and too few protein.

to look half as good as you ...that's my goal.
