Gonna do yesterday's workout today, since I'm a slacker.......This is pretty much the only cardio I get
1st Minute - 20 sec. Treadmill Push
2nd Minute - 5 Clean & Press
3rd Minute - 7 Over the box burpees
12 rounds = 36 min. Boom!! That's how to do Cardio
Well well well, what do we have here...a crossfit section......well, I wrote an article on crossfit...thats pretty brutal. I could post it, but....well I wouldnt want to rub you crossfitters the wrong way! lol

machine pullups for 2 minutes
box jumps for 3 minutes
cycling for distance 20 minutes
Burpess for 5 minutes
TIMED EVENTS FOR MALES
squats 155 for 2 minutes
deadlifts 155 2 minutes
bench 155 for 2 minutes
burpess for 5 minutes
box jumps for 3 minutes
