anyone who has been at fitness for a while knows we tend to have body image issues.. after a while you are never big enough or never ripped enough , etc...
for example.. i started a mission to lean down January of last year... it took 6 months of cutting (with a few week or 2 breaks) to loose...
So I have a bottle of Winny and some ephedrine and even a bottle of clen. Was thinking.. using winny+ephedrine and obviously cutting calories back to do a cut.
Would this be dumb to use without a test base? I'm just using to drop some bf%. Or would I end up loosing too much of everything...
I can't seem to find a before pic but here's my 60 day weigh in. Lol Down from 247lbs to 224 lbs. I didn't lost any numbers on my lifts. I'm going to try to shed another 7-10lbs over the next 2-3 weeks.

Is every person different? If you are bulking VS cutting are the percentages different? I would think so.

need some info in the sub forum.. I dont know much about cutting. But will be wanting to do a cutting cycle or more of a recomp cycle here in a few months. would really like some helpful info.
