Derek Lunsford has practically none of it because he’s only 24 and has been a competitive bodybuilder for only a few years. At last year’s 212 Olympia, it didn’t seem to matter that he was lacking the “hard and grainy” look that signals a mature physique. Lunsford placed fifth in...
One of the biggest differences between the bodybuilding legends of the 1970s and ’80s compared with today’s is the relative size of the delts. You cannot be successful in modern competitive bodybuilding without large delts. There may be more leeway in classic physique classes, but for straight...
Posterior (rear) delts serve to figuratively and literally round out shoulder development. They are essential not only for proper arm symmetry and balance but also for back symmetry. Frequently, rear delts are underdeveloped because they are not visible when you throw up a biceps pose. Sounds...
The deltoids are composed of three portions: the front (anterior), side (lateral), and the rear (posterior). Well-developed front delts are common among weightlifters because they’re highly involved in pressing movements such as dips, chest press, and shoulder press. Another reason? People tend...

DELTOID ANATOMY
Here, we illustrate the function and position of each of the three deltoid heads. The front delt originates on the collarbone, the middle delt originates on the front side of the shoulder blade and the rear delt originates on the back side of the shoulder blade. Each head...
Because this is supposed to be about shoulder training, you probably expected heavy, overhead barbell presses as well as the expected lineup of gargantuan dumbbell raises. Yet, save for a few sets of dumbbell lateral raises, you won’t see Phil Heath busying himself with long-held traditions of...
Hey guys....just as the title says. What's your favorite.
My glute is mine off and on. I get a fatty ass at times and end up with hematomas half the time....
I've recently been doing frontal gluteal but I can't be confident in saying I'm doing it right ! Lol ;(
2 inch all the way in the side I...
Alright, so I have read numerous articles regarding volume of ml per anatomical location but I would like to hear some real world results. What is the average amount of gear in ml that people inject for:
Delts
Glutes
Quads
I am going to have to inject about 6-8 ml a week to get the dosage...
on gear that is dosed low...npp100, 1-test cyp 150, and mast e 200... wanted to up the amount of 1-test and npp.. so i did a 1.5ml of each in a 3ml shot then the mast e and trt test in another..
is there a better way or once you are up in the doses more shots are the thing... anyone do over...
Just a little poll what degree do you guy like and use on the incline? I tend to use 30° but occasionally go to 45 but I feel to much anterior delt activation for my liking.
Well I have pinned many spots including glutes, ventral glutes, lats, pecs, rear delts, middle delts, traps. Today I decdided to try a new spot and I pinned front delts. Tbh I was kinda leary and scared to do it cause it is a new spot and I didn't know what to expect, but it wasn't too bad. I...
