What motivates you to hit the gym every day? For me it's simple. I'm aggressive and I need something to unwind and also relieve stress and anxiety.

My workout motivation has been horrible. Im working 9 hour days and then going out to support different jobs in the nighttime due to road work. Im getting my gym time in but workout progress and motivation has been horrible. I hate this getting old crap
