Alright fools, here is my submission to the thread. Finished my deadlift sets per the workout that Homegrown has me on and figured i'd step out of the routine and do a little heavy lifting.
Keep it on the down low cause he may kick my butt for deviating from the program that he has me on........ haha

BITCH!!!!! Send me some hush money! 😉 (BTW, yeah, nice lift!)
 
Maybe that will entice a few others to get their videos up. I'm sure i had a few more in me but these workouts that homegrown has me doing is kicking my butt. Still had the rest of the workout to finish. Lol
 
What you talking bout? Those were my warm ups before I started really lifting. Don't wanna post the big ones just yet! Haha...
