According to my Egfr I am at Stage 4 Kidney disease

According to the medical establishment I have stage 3 ckd. I stopped everything even working out. Now my Egfr is normal. Crazy cause they told me it will never go up just stabilize. Lol

The medical system lies, so much can be reversible and cured, even some Dr's are going online and telling the truth now. One Dr that cleared his own arteries and made the statement that even Dr's that know will not tell you the truth about our health issues. Exactly!! It is one of the biggest scam money making businesses around. Don't get me wrong I have much respect for a few orthopedic surgeons (like 3) lol, the pill pushers that want to put a pill or band aid on everything and keep you coming back for more fuck them its all about the benjamins.
The oath they take as Doctors means dick....not shit. My cardiologist gave me a med that said would fuck my kidneys up and hell I have been trying to bring my gfr up some more, that is sme shit. They don't care and they don't check your background out or they don't care lmao..... The tubules in my kidneys have shrunk or thinned out so I have to keep and eye on things and not have a Dr fuck me up. I have stopped taking meds that will have an adverse affect on my kidneys. One thing I do not sure about kidney health but everything starts in the gut so I drink two big mouthfulls of EVOO imported from Tunisia and Italy everyday. Rambling now but very few Dr have your best interest at heart, it is about their livelihood and kickbacks from BIG CROOKED POISONOUS PHARMA. GOODNIGHT MY BROTHERS.

Bro… I studied nephrology in NP school extensively. You don’t get any good advice in any of that ^^^ . You could be on the verge of losing you kidney function or seriously diminishing it. You likely have an acute kidney injury. You’re not telling the whole story. BUN is a hydration marker… Creatinine is how well you process proteins out of your body. The ratio is ok because they are both too high. GFR is another thing. You are likely just dehydrated and injured your kidney with some substance. If this is chronic, meaning it doesn’t clear up in 2 weeks… start looking for a kidney donor, because you’re headed to dialysis. Talk to your doctor, drink a lot of water so long as you are urinating. Avoid a lot of proteins.

Btw… gfr is no longer relevant as the standard for kidney function… if your MD doesn’t order it tell him to order Cystatin C. It is the gold standard kidney marker.
