According to my Egfr I am at Stage 4 Kidney disease

I drink half a tbs to one tablespoon full of warm baking soda water every day for kidney health, they also give it to people on dialysis to help them with kidney health or to try and recover some kidney function. Taking baking sods water also can help with sex drive 🙂.

It hasn't raised mine but I do keep up with it do to extra sodium intake, maybe something a little different about the absorption of baking soda water not sure I would have to research it again. Look into it and see what you think, maybe you can start out doing it every other day or a couple times a week and see how your body reacts to it. I am going to take my BP in a few minutes after I relax and see what I am running at before I take my daily dose today.

So my buddy that runs a wellness clinic says he gives all his bodybuilding and weightlifting clients a Cystatin C blood test that is more accurate. He knew I was stressed out so he got me a script for that kidney test no charge!! So tomorrow I will find out if I'm on my death bed or not!

So my cystatin c test came back 1.99 high and said my efgr was 33. Not great not bad I also had oral surgery that morning and barely drank water when I got the bloodwork done. In theory I’m at stage 3 ckd which isn’t bad and isn’t great. A lot of you guys on here have had an efgr in their 30s and got it back up! So thank you guys for all your advice! I’m going to a nephrologist today to hopefully redo the bloodwork while I’m hydrated.

No sir, you have to order them but I can tell you from the bottom of my heart that the kidney aid helps and works, just continue to take it. I went to my nephrologist after being on them for a month or two...more like a month I think and everything was improving...nature is a wonderful doctor and healer. You can look it up or I can get you more information if you like.

I am just here to help my brothers since I have had a car accident messed up both arms, just had knee surgery on my right knee and the left is next lol. Funny thing is I never injured myself in the gym, it was either on the job or weekend warrior things 🙂....

Your welcome brother, yea the table salt is processed poison, I don't use it at all even though it seems to be in everything you eat....working on starting a garden possibly moving off grid and having, cows, chickens, goats and sheep etc....
Since they are growing synthetic meat now it is time to be self sufficient since we don't know what we will be eating in the future.
