There is some real science to support the faft that graoefruit juice can increase the bodies uptake of oral steroids by up to 40%....!! Only grapefruit juice tho..other juices dont have same effect...theres a thread here somewhere on the topic.

I don't know how mixing that awful tasting shit in juice can help the slightest bit haha. Its so bad I have to stick the syringe barrel as far as I can get it down my throat and squirt it in. Then I chase it with diet soda or some crystal lite and then brush my teeth. What makes it worse it I have to take two doses (2ml ea. time, 4ml all together) all first thing in the morning or I will forget to take it. I'm no pussy but this stuff is so bad it makes me tear up.

I believe it. I know this is true for some medications. It even states on some medications pamplets not to take with grapefruit juice.
