Thanks Rock. I dont think changing hand position will help me lolol. I need to work on my arms big time. I think im around 10 percent body fat. I want to get around 6
 
I had some elbow issues last summer, so i started to see a chiropractor who does A.R.T. Not
Only did it fix my elbow but i drastically increased my shoulder and back flexibility. I think that is why im able to spread them out
 
I have such a hard time hitting my back hard from having my spinal surgeries and the A.R.T works wonders. Still cant hit it as hard as I would like... the strength is there to pull the heavy weight but for some reason every time I try to go heavy my lower back just gives up.... Shit takes my breath away... Keep killing it man, you're coming along good.

Yeah i cant wait for my next bulker. Im goin to use deca or EQ. I havent used either one so im not sure yet

Looking good bro. Little advice though i would save synthol for a last resort. Be creative and think outside the box and try and hit every angle and peak them bis and tris and growth will come with time.

I would go with Deca, make sure to have AI's !!! And I have an arm routine that will make ur arms grow hella fast. Let me know dick cheese !!!

Why not use both? They work well together.I prefer NPP to Deca tho, imo.I have a few sides when running Deca, like elevated bp and water retention.Makes me feel bloofy.lol.
