I have never ran either one so i wanted to see how i react to each one separately

They both have there place i think... I like NPP but it does not seem to make me grow as much as DECA.... But either way I get bad sides, dont matter which one I run. dick seems to fall away and my nipples fucking ache..

It pains to me say but I put my prep on hold. I am maintaining and staying lean so if i do decide to compete this season i wont be too far out.
 
The constant battle with everyone was just too much. I can tell my stomach to shut the fuck up when im hungry but I would constantly get berated for not drinking or not eating at social events so I just stopped going. To make things worse I was taking the toughest classes I will have to take in college. So i decided that maintaining my GPA and having friends was more important right now then competing.

My first prep was soooo much easier. I was surrounded by fellow competitors and they kept me honest. I have to start hanging out with bodybuilders again and prep will be a breeze

Hey Man........Not sure how I missed this thread, :-[ . But, listen, the "outsiders" are the biggest problem when it comes to Prep for a competition! Hell, even when it comes to just clean eating. I get so sick of fat people running their mouth because they can't understand why you're eating grilled chicken and they're stuffing their fat face with chili, cheese fries or something. Looking at you like you're not the normal one, cause you're healthy. I stopped going to functions just for that reason. Surround yourself with people who will lift you up, not tear you down.
 
I guess I've been fortunate enough to be in a group of friends who are in awe of what I'm doing. Who have seen me fat and bulked and then shred it and to be honest it seems to inspire most of them.

When I was preping hard, one guy, who was trying to just not feel embarrassed in his swimsuit, would ask me questions all the time. We all get together weekly and most of the time I was having my post work out meal in front of them. I started noticing that when we got together, he was coming in eating an apple and drinking water. It's crazy how much people watch you when they want the same thing.

Anyways. Sorry you dropped out, but I gotta agree, with T and Buck, if this is something you are passionate about, you need to be leading them the other direction and not changing your convictions to fit their lifestyle. Just saying. I think people were more impressed with my willpower and ability to resist dessert than anything. It also helped define me to them. Hope something in there helps!! 8)
 
I know the feeling, all my friends wanted to do was drink! Not a single 1 lifted.
I was actually picked on for eating healthy and being HUGE.

Yeah i do need new friends. It just that I moved away from home for college and its kind of tough for me to make new friends. The friends I made here party and eat like shit. They lift they just do give a shit about anything else.

I know exactly what you're up against. And I can't tell you how many times Ive kicked myself in the ass with regret that i fell into it with them. I can't imagine where I would be 19 years out Of college if I had taken this seriously then. Not getting my ass handed to me on stage, that's for sure. But don't get me wrong, getting beat motivates me big time.

That being said......surrounding yourself with Positivity is a much better avenue for success than Negativity!

Yeah i was dieting for a bb show at the time. I am not sure about the bf. It was just a guess
