hey buddy. Just getting to this. Yeah there's quite a bit. So coming off the bad times training was good. Then the covid hit and they shut my favorite gym down. I didn't like it as this was a great place. I joined an LA Fitness and hated it. No personality, no people like the prior gym. Kept lifting becausecI loved it but lost interest in the place. Last year around March, I went to Cancun as a jacked muther fucker. Came home and worked on house projects for 8 months. Have now found an old school gym that I connect with the atmosphere and people. Getting back to myself. Im a little heavier than I want to be, but strong and motivated. Diet dialed in, only drawback is extended soreness.any updates?
