I used bpc157 for the same issue, and got zero help for the elbow. Although every other little nagging injury i had like my knee, and my shoulder was healed completely. Neither of them have come back either.

500 iu's into problem area until you get relief. Then I back down to 250 iu and finish the bottle. It has worked very well for me and others I have treated. Superior to TB500 in my experience. Incredible anti-inflammatory.
