Well, ive been on it for about 2 weeks, Im actually keeping carbs lower than previous ckd, just because I have no real craving for them. I think I can attribute it to the coconut oil.

No set solid meals but an example is

0900: Bullet proof coffee (coffee with 2 tbs of coconut oil) MAYBE add a scoop of protein depending how I feel

1330: 4 eggs fried in coconut oil, 3 strips of thick cut bacon

1700: 8 oz ground beef, cabbage, 2 eggs/ low carb flat bread (16 Gs of carbs)

2200: 4 eggs fried in coconut oil 3 strips of bacon.

I will snack on raisens, dried figs, or peas through out the day for some fiber

Progress so far:
Down 10 lbs from last week
Muscle hardness
higher sex drive
Higher energy output
Higher energy sustain
Longer periods between meals with no real hunger issues
Did I mention Higher sex drive.
Skin firming

Side effects:
Acne at first
Diarrhea
Violent dreams
Feel a bit more anti social.

I am not running anything aside from drinking coffee and the occasional scoop of protein.

All in all I am more comfortable on this diet. A little more expensive but I feel a lot more healthy and have a lot more energy from less.

I really think the Yohimbie and caffeine stack in the a.m. before fasting cardio is a great bump if you hit a plateau. I started with about 9 Mgs Yohimbie and 200 caffeine 30 min prior to the cardio. Then did moderate intensity for 30 minutes 4-5 times per week. The Yohimbie really seems to target belly fat in men and hip fat in women from what I have read.

Right now I am at 5'7 @ 173, 8% BF. Im sitting comfortably here and dropping body fat like its cool. Lots of energy like I stated. I am trying to stay under 176 for the tournament at the end of Jan, and I think I will do fine. I had lots of focus and strength to spare in the gym. I feel more mentally aware too.

I reload from saturday afternoon to sunday afternoon, I can eat junk food and what not with no consequence.

from two weeks ago im down from 185 to 173 today. No strength and minimal muscle loss.

And yes the coffee just has a little coconut flavor in it but it works wonders.

Lots of good studies done on Coconut Oil. Hell, I've got some in the pantry, just don't use it. After Dr. Oz did a segment on it, the stuff really gained popularity. It is starting to be one of the best weight loss secrets out there (Until Oz blew the whistle that is). Good stuff. Love to see the log on it, keep up with the info.

Sounds great Shasta. I'm gonna have to dig out my coconut oil and give it a shot.

Don't listen to colo, he's just jealous you bigger than him 🙂

Colo, im glad I can amuse you. Unfortunately in my sport weight gain and mass comes at a disadvantage. especially at my height.

I was down to 171 this morning but Im sure its water fluxuation. Still lots of energy. All of my muscles are visible, and feel harder than normal. Starting to pop more morning woodies.

I am on no supplements. aside from an occasional scoop of protein in my coffee.

I know colo, same here. You know I did used to body build before the corps lol.

Anyways I cheated a little tonight, I had a small bowl of pasta and a piece of bread. Started getting pretty hyper from the insulin rush, bloat kind of went down a little. Should be fine by tomorrow AM. I didnt have any form of carbs today so it wasnt so bad

I woke up this morning and took some measurements. my neck was 17" , chest 43 " and my waist was 30" Lowest its ever been in my adult life. I was up on weight this morning due to my cheat but Its all good.

I can tell my hormones are normal because I am having some nice morning wood daily now like the kind you get in your teens. Some mild acne as well.

Here is a pic from this morning. I do not have before pics because I didnt plan on taking pics, but my friends last night kept telling me how much weight I look like i lost (bad weight)

All natural for roughly 2 years, aside from an occasional pwo. Feeling great! I actually feel like a teen again.

Hard to say on how much progress without a before picture. but, judging from this..things are looking good! Shoulders are well rounded, and the abdominal area looks to be retreating in all the right places. In other words, you're cutting up. By the looks of it, I'd say you're at 10-11% BF.

Thanks bro! I got measured and calipered, taped and calipped in at 8%, Honestly im doing the diet for a tournament in a couple weeks. Going 2 weight classes down.
