Okay go through the spreadsheet and look it over. If you're familiar with DC principles in the spreadsheet should make a lot of sense. You can actually choose all of your exercises from a list that's already been created or add exercises that you feel work better for you. I still need to get the list of Dantes exercises that he prefers. Most of all are on that spreadsheet.

I'm headed to the mountains for a ski trip until Sunday. I'll be able to check sporadically, but I may be slow responding.
