Seems that the last few weeks, by the time in finished with my main movement of the day I'm about to crash out. I start yawning and getting groggy before I even start my accessory movements. Any thoughts? Anyone else experiencing this? I drink tons of water and eat whole food meals before my workout everyday.
 
Happens to me pretty regularly man, I train my first movement for mostly power and always am pretty spent afterwards.. are you on or off cycle ATM?
 
bump your carbs up. Ive dealt with same issue and actually wondered if i had a tolerance built up to a pre workout drink and maybe i was crashing off of it. just a thought. if all else fails.........cocaine
 
What about sipping Karbolyn during your w/o.

I do have to agree with Swamp though .... if all else fails cocaine should do the trick.

I'm off man, I was thinking maybe the low t was getting me? But I feel great otherwise so Idk that's it.
 
I typically eat a lean meat, and some complex carbs. About thirty minutes out of my warm up.

I typically do use some karbolyn actually, but I ran out. Definitely need to pick some of that back up.. and cocaine lol.
 
You also told me you had recently changed preworkouts.. the one you're on currently could be causing a crash mid workout. That is pretty common with some of them, maybe the stim is strong enough to feel at first but not strong enough to sustain and you're crashing

That could definitely be it, as I have considered that as well. Sunday night I went without it just to test the waters. Felt exactly the same on the pre as off.. so leads me to believe it either doesn't work, or I need more carbs.
 
That means only one thing, you are not taking in enough calories, and I am not talking about carbs, protein and fats. Calories... You need an MCT oil that has calories and where the fats get processed by the cells right away.

I know Nov in real life, in pretty sure its not the calories. He takes in 5k+ a day and stays getting steady gains, that's why I'm inclined to say its probably the pre workout

Lol, I'm blessed with a wonderful metabolism at 230lbs.

It's the pre. Threw in a red bull last night on top of it and was g2g. Apparently I need about 400mg caffeine to keep me going. Been using gnc beyond raw ravage, and it apparently isn't holding up.. aside from tasting like shit. Time to upgrade.

Dang u must cost more to feed than 2 race horses lol.. if I could get 3600 calories down I would be huge..but I have the stomach of nelly bitch

Lol, takes lots of force feeding to grow accustomed to it. Then it comes natural. When I'm on, I up it to about 7000.
