I'm fortunate enough to be working a job where I work about 15 minutes out of the hour and wait the other 45. So I eat pretty much every hour.. then a little weight gainer here and there.

not even time, I couldn't eat 1/2 that as my stomach would be sick!
 
It took me a while to be able to consume that much, several weeks of conditioning lol

How often were you going heavy? Every trip to the gym?

When you say heavy, are you referring to the big 3 I assume? DL, BP, SQ? Also, how often do you train? Are you a powerlifter or regular gym goer?

I am not trying to pry, but rather gain some info so maybe I can help if I might can shed some light if it is something I am versed in.
