Exodus--Gods and Kings--Review
Saw this the other day with my Queen and we both thought it wasnt too good.Its not that its a "bad" movie but if you grew up watching Charlton Heston in the 10 Commandments as we did,this was a very sad remake of it first of all and although im not a fanatical religious type,this version completely lost that "AWE" factor of "Gods Wrath" I wont go into detail about it but it really lost that miracle part of it.The story was changed dramatically too.Not just as I described but the whole story was changed.
Pretty long too.Not sure how long but over 2 hrs for sure and when you are keeping track it only tells you that its not keeping you into it enough to lose track of time.
I guess its worth seeing but definitely not for the theater.On the F.I.S.T. movie rating scale I give it a 6 out of 10.
