Yeah thats what i am talking about. hmm well shit.. I have read alot where people say it helps them with sleep.... maybe I should just stick to turkey and wine haha ambien is just well its shit to be honest

I try not to take ambien unless ive lost alot alot of sleep. Ambien is evil lol I tripped hard a few times when I didn't fall asleep right away
