Gyno

Letro only reduces the puffyness and prevents Gyno.. but once the breast tissue is tehre, it takes a knife (dont DIY this.. )

Correct. Nolvadex is the most effective (about 80% per studies) at reducing the breast tissue after it is developed. Clomid only saw a small reduction of the breast mass about 20% per the studies .

We are talking about two completely different topics.

You are talking about medications to “Treat” gyno and the imbalance of the hormones that contribute to it.

I am discussing the topic of removing breast gland tissue in men after gyno has caused a mass.
Shrinking tissue and removal of tissue are two completely different things. In reference to your post… I again share that there are many other medications other than Nolvadex to reduce/shrink established gyno.

Also note that every person responds differently. For me Raloxifene may work better than Tamoxifen or vice versa. Torem works best for me but is better than Tamoxifen, as Tamoxifen suppresses gH/ igf release and interferes with Serotonin pathways. Not something I would recommend to anyone.
