And i just want everyone to know, YOUR ONLY AS OLD AS YOU FEEL!!!! And since I turned 40 I started taking care of myself eating and lifting, and I'm in the best shape of my life and i have to thank ALL of y'all for motivting me to continue to treat my body like it should be treated and give my 34 yr old wife something to be proud of. Yup 46yrs young! LMFAO
