So after a month of Keto I have lost about 12 pounds. It has really stalled. Tried to pick up cardio some but still stalling. I am not using any substances to aid in fat loss. Just basic vitamins, protein shakes ect....

I know there are some on keto that have had success. I am wondering if my cortisol levels have creeped up too much so the weight loss is stalling. Therefore I am using 10 grams a day of fish oil which has shown to decrease cortisol levels.

Or is it time to switch the game up and use another method.

My macros have remained great as I use an app to track everything.

Any suggestions?

switching up diet/training works wonders to fire up metabolism

How many carbs a day are you eating? Try intermittent fasting while on keto as well and watch that fat fall off

Maybe 20 grams of carbs. I need to get some keto sticks. The weight initially was coming off fast, not really hurting the weights either. Now it is a stalemate.
