Thanks again to all of you, JM and Krustus you made my wife's night lol!!! Let me tell you guys, she is power squatting 190, leg pressing 545, and doing all kinds of crazy ab shit...her goal by December is to do a one legged squat all the way down with no assistance...and for some reps per leg. She will compete next year, and she will do well with the drive and determination she has...she is killing it!!! I will post pics when we get to that point here. Me, up to 250 lbs, still trying everyday to keep growing!!! If I compete next year it will be after I get her ready...spotlight needs to be on her!!!

Thanks and will do bro...we hit legs this morning and she hit a PR...205 lb on power squats, then hit 545 lb for 15 reps on press...can't keep this woman down guys!!! She is squatting more than most guys in the gym...fucking ass and legs are fucking insane!!!
