I’m growing weekly bro. Just gotta make sure your diet an timing of the foods is on point. You will go hypo real quick.

Real igf is not out there. Back in the day I remember Jin made them and that was true igf. The crap today doesn’t even come close, and the real stuff was expensive not 70 Bux

Mix 50-100 mcg with you nightly gh… quality igf will cost about 2x cost of gh though, at least same.

Igflr3 not igf

I run 50 mcg pre workout with six IU of HGH. The thing about IGF, I run for 6 weeks on 6 weeks off. Do not stay on this continually. You will build resistance to it. Or mess up your receptors. You can get some incredible pumps with IGF along with fat burning properties.

LR3 works great especially if you get the receptor grade variety! Don't see that around as much I used to. Hell of a pump and great site enhancement if injected pre workout on lagging body parts.

More wondering on personal experience running both hgh and igflr3 together as I never have
