HGH is it worth it?

What's the lowest iu you need to run, for it to be even worth it at my age at 26? It seems to me, GH is way more beneficial the older you are.
 
No idea what guys talking about with side effects. Other then carpal tunnel I had a first that goes away GH has no side effects. Reshapes your body, builds muscle slowly, leans you quickly, 5-6ius a day at low end will produce results. 2-3 a day is a waste.

I think I'll stay off the GH for now. I'm able to accomplish pretty much any goal I have with AAS use. No reason to make it more complicated. I'm not even at my my biggest size natty at 215lbs real lean. Im mostly on AAS for recovering from long hours of high intensity training, making sure I'm not losing muscle and strength cutting or just burning through a crazy amount to calories and getting stronger pound for pound without packing on too much size.

At his age I agree at least 4-5 ius
