So by that math me benching 225 for 8-10 would mean I could max around 300?
If so I'm happy with that..1.5x my body weight is a good bench
Yep. I know a guy who can rep 405x12 on squat but can only max maybe 450-460 if that. He trains for endurance mostly. I don't know if I can hit 405 for 12.. maybe 8 likely, possibly 10, but I can max in the 500s, so the calculators are hard to factor when people have totally different training styles and strengthsGRIM said:Stamina is also involved in the max formula, not just raw strength..
