How to dry out/ lose water retintion?

Having trouble getting the dry vascular look. I can’t seem to get this water off me. Any suggestions or advise that you have found to work?

Current cycle.
100mg prop eod
100mg mast p eod
150 tren a eod
100 npp eod
10iu gh ed
30mg halo ed
1mg arimedex eod
Just started 200mg dnp ed

I’m gonna lower the gh to 3 ius maybe not hold as much water.

Daily cal intake 1800
50 g carbs
100g fats
240g protien.

Epson salt baths draw water out, I also like mhp expel I believe it's called. Certain foods like strawberries are also natural diuretics. Can go with Rx products but I've never used them

Was trying to cut off about 10lbs of water by November 27. I can water load an drop it but I always feel like shit doing it.

Jhitman9Get bloods. Your estrogen could be up. And I don't see anything for the tren. I can get bloat from 19-nor steroids if I don't use prami or caber. 19-nors can give side effect just like a estrogen side. Besides those two things diuretics work well but can stress the body if not done properly.
 
Update..

Stopped the hgh at least till after competition.

Added t3, did some more digging an halo an tren drop t3 levels.

Backed the tren off a little to 100 mg eod.

The dnp is helping. Pretty sure I sweat a lb a day just off that. lol

216 this morning. A little more vascular but definitely not what I want.

Gh and androgens can retain water, depends on the individual. Also, if you’re not vascular looking, it could be subcut fat also, idk. I’d lower the gh to 3 am or post wo and 3 pm, add caffeine 125mg 3-4x a day spread out, and low dose lasix with increased water intake say 20% or so. That much gh daily will fuck with your thyroid, keep an I on your level. Throw in a vascular aid also can help NO boost…
Why halo? If use an oral and want dry, why not winstrol? I don’t see much use in Halo unless going for lifts. I like tbol/sdrol combo… that shit will pack on lean muscle.
I’d bump the mast 2-3x higher than test at the low doses your running.
300mg of NPP likely isn’t going to get you far if your looking for noticeable anabolic effects.
I would not just take adex eod without just cause. These chemicals affect us all differently, but the shit is complicated on a cellular level. It’s possible taking more adex which stimulates gonadotropin production will cause in crease testosterone release which is the precursor to estradiol, which means more side effects… labs are really the only way to know for sure. Q 2 weeks or 1x month.

Telmisartan 80 mg. I did due diligence research and told my MD. He knows I’m medical, so he pretty much prescribes whatever I ask as far as meds. I started having irregular heartbeats with stimulants [not caffeine] this year, so I take metoprolol 50 mg also. I got a gi parasite in January that fucjed me up pretty bad, almost killed me. I haven’t been the same since. 6 weeks in hospital. Prescription was $17,000 for 2 weeks, no bs. Anyway, I take crestor 10 mg for lipids just in case. 5000iu vit D with omega fatty acid, magnesium 600 mg, multivitamin, LivAid and Acetylcysteine for liver. I see too many bros in the weeds with supplements. Cardio work is the key to longevity, along with stress reduction… I say YOGA 26 and 2 4x a week. Ahhh, I digress…

MattyIceYea my doc won’t give me shit. I gotta find another one. An I’m doing halo instead of winny because I’m in a strength sport. Specifically tendon strength. Winny tends to make the tendons brittle. I was afraid too much npp would make me hold water more. So did a low dose. I really only have bp problems when I run the halo. Make me wanna run through a wall surprisingly I have zero sides from the tren except a few night sweats. An I try not to up the mast because I usually run it year round with a small dose of test. I’d run primo year around but it’s costly.
 
How much primo and why? If it’s not cost effective.
If your looking for strength, why worry about a little bloat? It likely good for you to stay a bit wet.
I’d scrap the halo. Sdrol/tbol combo instead. Have you tried it? Waaaayy better than halo.

Deca 150-200 ( or NPP, less oil with deca)
Sdrol/tbol 10/20 maybe 20/40 up to you, would not concern me
The mast should control E, no need for eod Adex.
Fuck DNP, what’s the point here? Is the squeeze worth the juice for your body composition?
Liver support, it’s inexpensive.
Just ask your MD, tell him you been reading and you would like to take a vs b for BP control. I’d have justification ready he’ll likely ask why.
 
I LOVE sdrol but for him halo the better choice especially if his strength sport based on weight.

Pretty much anything can make you hold water, some more than others. Genetics is so damn key. Decca I blow up npp doesn't really give me any water.

Estrogen of course another area to check, that alone can fuck so much up

Yea halo is essential for what I do competition wise. An I think I’ve figured out that I gotta get my estrogen under control and drink more water so I flush. Other than that it’s just manipulation of gear. Up this an lower this ect.. I’ve almost got it down. Getting shredded an jacked while my weight is decreasing.

Jhitman9What do you consider shredded? I hear this a lot, and see very little of it. I’d say shredded= at most 6% depending on the individual. Lean is another thing. I have some friends that are SHREDDED, and see a lot of lean-fat guys that think they are. Shredded is elite, imo. Reserve use of the word for those that earned it.

After you do 4 weeks of Halo, you will have zero noticeable effects, other than the sides you had. I’d use it or better yet cheque drops pre-competition only. Build tensile and muscle strength leading up to. The cycle just doesn’t make sense to me, but it whatever works best for you bro.
You can use the mast to control E and adjunct with test/tren to stack up muscle growth. Anyway… that’s cool you arm wrestle. I’d probably be disqualified for jerking off too much… like PED use!!!lololol
 
Trust me I’ve been banned from a few tournaments for being too “aggressive”.

An I would agree that shredded would be considered anything under say 8%. I’m probably around 12. If I get this water off I’ll be in that 8% range. I still have 6 weeks so I’ll get there

Yeah I can build muscle and size easy, get vascular as hell, muscle striations popping. Abs not so much

Jhitman9I work them hard once a week on my light day. Today is that day. I do work them in a bit during week as well. One side the right side abs are almost fully paralyzed which makes it tough but gotta fight through
