I eat way under calories for a guy my size with my workouts but also really can't do real cardio

I work them hard once a week on my light day. Today is that day. I do work them in a bit during week as well. One side the right side abs are almost fully paralyzed which makes it tough but gotta fight throughLmao I don’t know anyone who likes working out abs. Shit makes me wanna throw up.
