How to dry out/ lose water retintion?

Calorie intake an cardio is key
It's genetics, I get veins all through my abs. Also lose skin from the past holds and up. I can be lean as fuck but abs never strong suite.

I eat way under calories for a guy my size with my workouts but also really can't do real cardio

I couldn’t agree more genetics is a Gift and a curse in so many ways. No matter what I do I can’t get good stamina. My gene sucks at that

Yeah I can build muscle and size easy, get vascular as hell, muscle striations popping. Abs not so much

Lmao I don’t know anyone who likes working out abs. Shit makes me wanna throw up. I just typically try to keep them tense during workouts

I work them hard once a week on my light day. Today is that day. I do work them in a bit during week as well. One side the right side abs are almost fully paralyzed which makes it tough but gotta fight through
 
If you can pinch any fat on your back your not gonna be 8. From that pick probably 15, . Last I checked calipers I was 10% ish and you could not pinch fat anywhere. It takes a lot of work to get a true 8% body composition or less, it’s damn hard.

Abs 5 days a week, 4 min routine is all you need, my abs are popping without flexing. Not counting wifey n I fuck like 4-5x a day everyday. She’s Asian so…
 
Update.
Doing 125 mg caffeine 3x day
Upped my water intake
Dropped my sodium to 1500 mg
Added more fiber to my diet.
Upped npp
Lowered the tren a little

Just doing that over the past few days, pooping more, water flushing, heart rate staying up more helping burn cals. Veins popping pretty good and weight is dropping faster. I do feel like I’m losing a little muscle maybe because Ive only been eating 1800 cals less than 100 g of carbs for the last 3 weeks. Could just be my eyes deceiving me lol. Overall feel great. Probably gonna stop the dnp today. Don’t feel it’s necessary anymore. Only 7 lbs from goal weight

I tried t3 back in my 20s ,, didnt do jack shit for me, except gave me some jitters , i dont fuck with t3 or t4 anymore, not enough benefits IMO
