How to increase calories

You probably don't have close to 60lbs of muscle on your body...much less to gain anywhere close to that much. Most of your body weight is water, bone and teeth, organs/intestines and then muscle and fat. Most muscle is water weight...like 70% or so. So, not possible at 120lbs to gain 60 lbs muscle. Or 150lbs to gain 50 lbs muscle

come on man... nobody breaks weight or muscle gain down like that... people say " i put on 20lbs with this cycle".. never would they say i put on 15lbs of water and 5-6 lbs of meat.. plus if he was 120 with his natural level of hydration etc.. and he's 180 now ... i'm counting that as 60lbs gained...
getting a little too technical there matty...i think... regardless. a 60lb weight gain at a low bodyfat... i doubt many on here can say they put on 60lbs over the course of their training career .. and remained lean. a very impressive feat!
also why i said i couldn't give much advice on how to keep gaining as i haven't reached what TK has (60lb gain)... so if there is someone on here that has put on that kind of meat without a lot of it being fat.. then their insight on how to keep gaining after would be more valuable than mine. because if i knew how to do it..i would have already done it myself...lol

Well I've increased the fats and upped everything calories wise and I'm tracking it all so no matter how much eating it takes I'll keep gaining.

I do. Which one reason why I don't recommend or use dbol...it's almost all water weight. If I gain 20 lbs, I'll consider a large part of that to be water weight. But to each his own. I was only providing actual scientific information, not calling anybody this or that. Yeah, if TK gained 60lbs legit, that is quite a feat. I was 190 in college very fit. I bulked to over 300lbs, in 3.5 years. A lot of body fat though. Lol

i agree with dbol weight... yes,... but TK is holding at 180ish... so it can't be water weight?

190 up to 300...wow!.. that's a 110 gain ... hell even if half that was fat...that is 55lbs of muscle... great job!!! not easy for most to do... were you like a naturally bigger guy... ( starting at 190).. or had you gained from some other point..like 140 to that 190?

what's your current stats ? if you don't mind me asking...

I was 225-235, played tennis in college... Leaned out quite a bit. Started lifting and supplements to bulk, the reality is I just ate a shit ton of whatever I wanted everyday. Was probably 25% bf then. 6'2" 247lbs current.

I feel for him I was 135 when I stared this life I'm 185 now I will say it's all muscle because I only gain lean and we all know I eat like a goat. I've started slin this past week. If I can't gain and get over my plateau then I'll just chalk it up to genetics. I honestly think that your body will only grow as far as your specific genetic code will let you. My state of mind is if I'm gonna be stuck between 180-190 I'm gonna be the best looking at that weight I can. Mind over matter I lift as big as I can and switch up my workouts every few weeks. But fuck it Tkasch be happy where ever you land brother
